BetaNatura optionally reads your daily step count and morning weight from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to display on your Today and Progress screens. You can enable or disable this anytime under Account → Integrations.
Open the Account tab, enable Reminders, and tap on Capsules, Evening Catch-up, or Water Check times to choose the exact hour that fits your routine.
The Standard plan schedules 3 capsules daily from Day 1. The Ease-In plan starts with 1 capsule daily for the first 3 days and transitions to 3 capsules daily from Day 4 onward.

BetaNatura ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and wellness data. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your first name, email address, and encrypted authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication.
- Daily Ritual & Progress Logs: Capsule intake counts, daily water intake, and weight logs that you enter to track your 30-day progress.
- Health Data (Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect): With your explicit permission via the in-app toggle, BetaNatura requests read-only access strictly limited to:
- Steps (today's step count)
- Weight / Body Mass (most recent morning weight reading)
- Diagnostics & Analytics: Anonymous crash reports and app performance telemetry (via Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics and AppMetrica) to improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to display your 30-day capsule journey, hydration, step count, and weight progress chart inside the BetaNatura app. Health data read from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect is never used for advertising, marketing, or data brokering, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your account and progress records are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore.
Account & Data Deletion
You have full control over your personal data and may request complete deletion of your BetaNatura account and all associated Firestore logs at any time:
- By Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to hello@tulpara.com with the subject line "Delete My BetaNatura Account". All associated user profile, settings, and daily log data will be permanently erased within 48 hours.
- Revoking Health Permissions: You can disconnect Apple Health or Health Connect anytime inside the app under Account → Integrations or via your device's system settings.
